Permission is granted to electronically access certain areas of this site for the sole purpose of viewing and watching our list of films in our film library and placing a film rental order with Casciente Films and placing orders for it's merchandising products. You are not permitted to display, download or print any portions of the material from the different areas  of this site for your own personal use or commercial use. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by site operator and intellectual property owners Casciente Films and Dorcas Olorogun You further agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the site.

In the event that Casciente Films and site operator product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Casciente Films reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Casciente Films reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card or debit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Casciente Films will issue a refund only in these specific circumstances.

Term; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Casciente Films and Dorcas Olorogun without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification shall survive any termination.

Cancelling your Account:

You can easily cancel your Casciente Films account online with no cancellation fees or commitments. 

Using Casciente Films Account Outside of Your Home:

You can watch Casciente Films when you travel, but be aware that our site may not be available or eligible for use in all regions and locations.

Payment and Billing

You are charged a One Time Payment per each time you purchase a film to rent on our site. We currently do not offer monthly recurring subscription payment plans on our site.
A film will be available to watch once you make a payment. You will have access to rent a film for 48 hours for only £3 GBP. PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ANY REQUESTS FOR A REFUND WILL BE DECLINED. Prices may be subject to increase in the future. Prices you pay now to rent a film may be different in the future. We reserve the right to change and increase our pricing for our service, website and film rentals.

Participation Disclaimer

Casciente Films does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site, and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site, Casciente Films is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. However, Casciente Films reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be (a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene, (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, (c) in violation of a copyright, trademark or; other intellectual property right of another or (d) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to Casciente Films in its sole discretion.
